Hey Bootlicker, the company is doing 14-15% revenue YoY but it cant give hike to P4 and P5 since 2024? How do u think this revenue gets generated, its the employees giving their blood and sweat? Have you ever been part of a multi billion dollar project deal? Acting like you are doing "ehsaan" by giving us jobs. Why should we care about your whatabouteray about TCS and Infosys? We dont work there.
Don’t take it to your heart i am just saying every company these days are same that’s my point gone are those days where IT jobs were having good career opportunities right now it’s a turnmoil in mnc’s daily people are getting anxiety attacks if they can be laid off from project and company and these companies are following consulting firms strategies hire nd fire Mid experienc folks ,Exploit senior employees and exploit junior employees. don’t expect anything good!
It's not about only hike, it's about promise, they announced that there will be hikes in two parts Jan and Apr, now there are news of delaying or we can say not giving hike even after announcement by CEO. You are right by saying change the job, but everyone deserves promotion and hikes after giving so much to organization. And on other hand, organization already created biggest hurdle with 90 days notice period, which makes hard to chage, though, all the best to all my friends nobody can stop us from growth!
It is easy to say "why don't you switch every 3-4 years" because I am.guessing you have less than 10 years of exp. Once you become high experience, you stop getting calls from recruiters. P4 and P5 resources have more than 10 yoe usually which is why they are being exploited, because LTM knows it is not easy for these seniors to quit.

LTIm is playing games with the very billable employees of whom they get projects,i seriously doubt the quarterly high growth figures as well as addition of several clients in LTIm as employees are literally begging for projects and ,zero projects in each BU, regarding TCS and Accenture etc they have lot more projects than LTIm and giants compared to wannabe LTIm so comparison is not right,and changing companies is not always the option so to always say change the company is also not right,LTIm thinks it is giving salary so it's doing charity to employees and employees should not ask for hikes,in closing I can only say firmly that IT outsourcing is sunset and shrinking business,me having several decades in this field.
