I see many people’s are complaining here about hikes and delay’s and all those stuffs. Have anyone seen accenture, infosys,tcs and all Mnc’s all are delaying there hikes some hasn’t given hike in last 3 years some hasn’t goven variable pay in last 2 years that is the current market scenario hike’s avg at 5-6% in every other company. Only product base are giving good hikes even if they are on loss but lot of layoffs happens there.Instead of crying here just switch your jobs frequently for hikes.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
Idk how to let go of this :/ Thoughts?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭
