I seem to remember there was a Star Alliance airline that credited 100% of actual miles flown toward elite status, but can’t find which one. Feeling ripped off with Air Canada only crediting me 25% of miles for certain fare categories.

Anyone know if new status level on Delta takes mid-itinerary, if you complete the requisite segments for the new level mid-itinerary, or if it only rolls on completion of the whole itinerary?
