With a Jan start you have <2 months in performance year 19. The raises that become effective in September are based on PY19 performance. You won’t be eligible for AIP, but you can initiate a comp conversation and make your case at any time.
Performance year ends in March. Fiscal year ends in June. Comp decisions are made after the close of the fiscal year because the size of the AIP pool isn’t final until the close of the fiscal. Comp decisions are based off of your performance in the performance year.
Im underpaid and no sign on bonus.
Fml. And when I say underpaid, I am paid less then an analyst (Im a C) with 3 years experience. I feel your pain but just try to negotiate comp and see if they can agree to something?
