Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

I've started doing this myself. Absolutely hate listening to my voice in recordings, but it's been super useful in helping me tighten up my answers.
Listening to a recording is a good idea. In general, always aim to say less. You want to sound personable, but not rambling, and concise answers will present you as a focused thinker. Always remember that interviews are a chance to see how you think, so rehearsed answers won't serve you well, but being extemporaneous to the point of rambling away is perhaps worse. Concise yet personable, that's what to aim for.
Talk about rambling lol. But it is sound advice.
I've done the same. Last one I recorded the interviewer was doing most of the rambling 😆

I write out all my responses and then edit them down to be more concise. I practice the answers out loud, which helps tremendously.
Giving succinct answers is something I struggle with when I don’t have a good answer to give! I try to run through typical questions and also have a handful of situations that I can draw on to give my answers. The STAR method has been my best friend since I figured it out.
