Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Maybe they just suck at liking you
Just tattoo the agency's logo on your face right before going to the interview. You're welcome! 😂
I do too, it just takes practice.
Start with googling the top 30-50 interview questions and make sure you can answer those without hesitation. In the actual interview, they may ask the questions slightly differently, but they should be close enough to what you practiced where you can insert one of your prepared responses well enough. This helps you avoid getting caught of guard which can leave you flustered which makes for a bad interview.
Howdy neighbor!

I used to nail every single interview and 99% of the time get an offer. Lately I make it to the finals, even being flown out and put in super nice hotels, and then I don’t get it. My portfolio has never been stronger. Starting to think it’s ageism, which is new to me as I’m young on the “dinosaur” scale, so if that’s the case I have to start getting used to it. It’s illegal but it happens and they’ll never say that’s the reason. Where are you on the age-to-experience scale? Could that be part of it?
Referencing my previous comment...if 2 years ago offers were coming in easily, I mean age wise that’s not much of a difference. It’s just frustrating when I know what I have to offer now is better that what I had to offer 2 years ago.
Be excited about the work you’re showing
This happens to me a lot. Then after the interview I'll realize that some of their questions were poorly worded and I actually can do what they were asking for. I guess the point of interviews is to trip you up so they can whittle down the number of candidates.
Phrasing
The work should do the most talking and just have a good attitude.
Agreed. I think it’s strange when they start asking you questions about what production company was used on a shoot...like they are trying to make me prove it’s really my work. Weirds me out tbh.
