JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Young people are using ChatGPT to write their applications; HR is using AI to read them; no one is getting hired.
Might be smarter than most hiring managers. Let’s replace the resource managers next.

Resource managers are worse than recruiters because they don’t care who gets staffed they are just plugging scopes. That can be automated away immediately.
We already are.. I've had more than one interview that was answering questions from a chatbot, or if you count ATS scanners then we've all been interviewed..

I had an interview at Spotify a few years ago (2021 or 2022) that went like this... I logged onto a locked window with questions that would come up and I had to record myself answering as a timer ran out.
That’s what happens now. Recruiters don’t even read resumes anymore, they just send the AI-generated list of ‘top candidates’ to the hiring manager and go about their day
