Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I work at AFS. I legitimately work close to 10 hrs a week, and almost never more than 20. I am still, of course, online for about 40 hrs a week
A1, not sure if you're asking someone specific, but I'm CL11. Manager put me in for promotion, but no idea yet if it went through.
I think the consensus is that AFS has a good WLB but lower pay compared to LLC.
WLB is pretty good. Occasional nights and weekend support (Tech/Operations people). I'm a Manager and average like 45 hours a week. I'd say 50% of the time I'm only doing the normal 40 hrs and the other half I'm somewhere between 45-55 hours depending on what's going on. I used to put in like 60+ when I was eligible for OT in the early years but that was by choice and a project big enough to allow it. Volunteered to support basically every night and weekend change/deployment. Lol
Layoffs are pretty rare from what I've seen over the last 7.5 years. We have a decent amount of turnover with folks leaving on their own. Usually for more money. I do know some people are paid extremely well here though. The lower salaries are on average but depending on skills some people make bank.
Happy to refer! I love AFS!

If this is real, I’d like to learn as well. I’ve never heard of consultants working in those hrs 👀🤌🏽
government and public sector lmao
I never work late or on weekends. I haven't been around long enough to know much about layoffs, but I haven't heard anything about anyone getting connected out recently. And my program director said recently that we are pushing to bring on new hires right now.
I work at an ATC, so I'm remote from my client anyway so they dont care if I'm at home or the office. I dont know for sure what levels they're looking for, but if I had to guess i would say CL9 and lower. Experience in cloud would be a plus.
Can anyone share what they are making as an L10 or L9
Yes currently a L10, non homegrown making over 6 figures. I have some certs that got me my salary I believe. Project management certs and some technical cloud certs.
No, we hardly lay anybody off. I’ve known people on PIPs and get bad PA who are still here.
But our pay is meh…
