I want advice and suggestions as well from my fellow seniors who are working as Java Developer (backend dev especially). I started my career in service based organisation and after a few months I left the job, got a career gap. I restarted my career in a product based startup again with 5-6 LPA CTC. Is it possible to switch within 1-1.5 years and gain up to 10-12 LPA CTC? If possible then what are the strategies or roadmap to follow up? Please help me with all your advice. Thanks in advance!
