Lease and you can buy better then not have strings attached in 3 years. Why won’t anyone lease?

like

it got 70k mileage

Mini coopers aren’t that great for reliability.. so just be prepared to pay for repairs down the road! I would go with Lexus, Toyota, Ford mostly..

Got it thanks!

I had 2012 a two-seater mini cooper s "coupe" for a while. It was a fun car but looking back, it was kind of a dumb purchase, but I don't regret it. Didn't have any problems with it besides potholes being hard on the rims since it uses run-flat tires. Test drive one if you can.

That’s absolutely what I bought. It’s still running strong and totally fun.

If I see one more article on how millennials are ruining the economy or housing market by not buying enough homes or selling enough homes I'm going to scream. We were saving for 3 years before Covid and had to use a solid chunk to take care of ourselves and our families during quarantine. Now that we're ready to save again inflation and COL are at an all-time high and we're headed into a recession. And somehow this is my fault for what...not being a boomer? Bffr.

Can anyone explain to me how the price of btc/crypto is set? Is there a formula the prices follow, like all the btc that’s been mined, divided by the number of people who own them or whatever sets the price. Like what is the driving force that makes dogecoin $1 (or whatever it is now) and btc jump from $30k to $60k then back to $30k. When I go on Coinbase and I go to buy btc for $30k, who is the authority that says 1btc=$30k USD?

Hi all! I’m new! I started the year off planning to save for a home for myself, then rates skyrocketed. So we’re holding off. Fast forward to the final quarter of the year and we were presented with the idea of a residential assisted living facility. The problem there is we’d still need to acquire property in order to run one. The only difference is the RAL would be a business and is already registered as such. Does anyone have any experience here?
