I know there have been lots of posts on Herman Miller Aeron, etc. but any recommendations for an office chair that will be comfortable for long work days but not be an eyesore in the middle of my apartment? Standard office desk chair will feel out of place with surrounding decor, but more design-oriented options are basically dining chairs that will kill my back with 12-14 hour days. Help!

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.

Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.

How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn. 24, thankful to have my bachelors and masters, little debt...1st gen & trying to build my nest egg. However, I just feel so directionless/empty right now, in some ways. Accenture has not enabled me to explore several areas of interest in my first year, and I cannot see a long-term here. It is no time to pivot. Have considered a MD/PhD/MBA...know it’s in the future, but no idea what, when, or where. Just feeling like the days are passing and I’m just doing my best. Any thoughts?
