I want to move into a design thinking type of role. As a general consultant with minimal design thinking experience and training, how does one traverse into this type of work?

How many years experience typically do you need before you’re eligible for a Senior Counsel role at your company? Does your company only care about years or does it also care about duties and your personal contributions?
