I want to shift from EY India to EY GDS

Is that a wise decision. I'm indecisive given that I read mixed reviews across online platforms. Also if I do transition, can i quote a higher salary to GDS hiring manager ?

How much % raise they usually offer for the one getting promoted from 601 —> 602?

Also, how much % raise one can ask for?

Hi! I work for an Interior Designer in DC, it is just the two of us in the company.On paper, I’m an independent contractor, but in reality they are my boss. Recently, they said they wanted a conversation about me being salaried employee and it’ll come with an increase in pay. I currently make 48k. I don’t have a job description. I have applied for a job in naukri in HCL. Today morning hr called me and asked additional details. He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. Does this is the procedure for recruiting in HCL? . If it so, I didn't receive link, so I am rejected?

I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .
