I want to understand how job contracts are adjusted for Norwegian language requirements. Normally, people are given a time limit e.g. 1 year to reach the certain level of language. My nature of work doesnot require norwegian langauge, also my team and leadership are ok with enlgish.But due to rule of the company, I need to produce language test results. What happens if:

1) I provide result for lower level of language?

2) i am unable to provide language results within the time frame

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.
