Is it common for recruiters to ghost the last minute without absolutely no reason? I have came across almost every recruiter who ghosted either me or my friends without even indulging in the first phone call. Not wanting to stir any negativity here just wanted to get your thoughts.

I’m 24 years old, making 120k a year. I have about 65k saved in my. 401k, 7k in my ESPP, and 15k in my personal brokerage, no debt. I keep very little in my checking, only enough to pay bills, rent and enjoy a little. What more can I be doing to maximize my investments and extra cash. I just got a salary increase (120k) hoping to start saving more per paycheck! Any positive advice would be great. Big believer in compounding.
