I want to understand the hiring process of Deutsche Bank. It's been almost 3 weeks and for the same position I have received multiple HR interview calls. I have given 4 rounds yet including the Hacker Rank test. Now today another HR called me up and said congratulations you have cleared the L1 interview now we want to schedule your L2 interview. I have already given L2 round with VP and I was told the next round would be the HR Fitment round.
Is this a regular thing with DB hiring process ?

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
