Hello,
I just completed an initial phone interview with HR from HSBC
It's for the Corporate Banking Manager - ISB - Commercial Banking associate position. What are the next steps of the interview? Is there any behavior or technical assessments? What are the possible salary ranges? Thank you HSBC HSBC

Just ride it out this year and don’t antagonize people. Economy is weak, bench is getting fatter and firings are not far away. You don’t want to hit the bench now. Besides PaPM is a useful skill as many clients are considering it for cost allocation use cases now
Suck it up for now, pipeline’s looking bad everywhere
I’m outside my wheelhouse too, bro. Honestly, just glad I’ve got a long term engagement with a seemingly supportive leadership team and friendly client (so far).
I'm trying to just make it to two years then go client side.
Yes . Papm has no future and constantly changing crap software .
It’s not about papm it’s about a slowing economy and if u r on the bench u may get laid off.
What is the situation in your original business line ? Is there any sap consulting project for you ? If not, I d say take the job on papm even if it is not interested. At least you would be staffed :) and also you could show that you are flexible and capable of adaptation (this PR skills ahah). Which is also a good skill to have in big4.
Also, keep yourself aware of any sap related opportunities and as soon as you can, try to switch :).
I have been there bro, just surf the wave. It will pass :) Good luck !
