First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. Still a blank slate in terms of tax experience, but I honestly do have a slight interest in international tax. Brought it up and I was given some names to find some work opportunities in that area. When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.
