I was at a firm with a non-equity partner class when I left to go in-house about a year ago. It's not what I thought it would be, and I'm looking to go back to a firm. What's the best way to convince firms I would be fine with accepting a 1-2 year class cut to come back?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
