I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

I was interviewed with Tata Consultancy for service management profile and selected next day third party company named Techorbit called and informed that I was selected and they asked me to send aadhar n pan and for rest of the documents they told me once offer letter have been released I need to submitt rest of the documents, on 23rd June I was informed this things and they have been given DOJ to be 18th July till now I dont have offer letter. How much time I have to wait for offer letter. ??

New firm can just think that you quit after your final interview because you wanted to be ready for the next job. No need to mention any details even if you are asked.

Background check only confirms dates you were employed. If you were laid off post final interview, that will show and there’s no fear of them thinking you lied.
Right- but all that matters is that when you told them you were employed, you were.
It’s fine. You were employed at the date that you submitted your application. What happens afterwards would not be cause for a rescinded offer
Yes this is the actual scenario. But between the final interview and the actual offer and background check there is month and a half or so
Cont- pull the offer ? As it is contingent on passing the background check. Really scared
The date that matters is your last day. When you go through the background check make sure to give them the correct last day. Not a problem. If you lie about it, it’s a problem.
Coincidence you started interviewing around this time? Or were there hints that you may be laid off (and what were these indicators)?
There were no hints, I was just tired and felt it’s fine for me to leave for another challenge
