I was just about to give up looking for something in marketing after two years of unsuccessfully interviewing. I still had an admin job while I was looking. Things are finally looking up got a new marketing role started 3 weeks ago. Great B2B company in a niche business the pay and benefits are excellent its exactly what I wanted. Sometimes it's worth not giving up and preservering. I got the job on Indeed.

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
Some insights will be much appreciated :)

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH.
