I was just filling out an application to be an area manager for Amazon. I got done with uploading my resume and answering all the questions to completion. It came up on the screen I was required to take an assessment, I've seen/done them before. However, this assessment said it would take approximately 75 minutes to complete? Soo now I'm expected to take a 75 minute assessment and still most likely not even get an interview????

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

One of my friends, he made a switch just 6 months back hoping he would get a better work environment a better package, but now he is just frustrated with the working environment, being a backend developer he has been asked to just fix bugs for almost 5 months now and that too in javascript without any KTs or any other trainings when he clearly did mention in the interview that he does not have prior knowledge on javascript.

What should he do? Any suggestions?
