I was released into VCDP pool and currently reserved for another internal opportunity under customer evaluation. my previous account is trying to retain me back due to a resignation in their team, and my assignment status suddenly changed to billable under my assignments without any discussion or approval from my side. But in TMP it's still showing me VDCP

can previous accounts directly map resources back after multiple weeks in VCDP, or does final allocation still require my consent ?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?

I’m currently an SA2 but was offering a 6 month rotation working on product strategy for the firm with a promotion to Manager. Recruiter explained that It’d be at the same base pay with the potential of a raise in June, would you take just a title bump?

Best way to negotiate? Was offered 110 when initial call the range provided was 105-125. No bonus or equity at this role. Don’t have another offer but do know that industry range is between 110-140ish. Number I want is 120k

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

I have cleared CTS interview and have asked for 21lpa with 6 yoe in automation testing. Do they give that much with the yoe I have ?
