I was supposed to have final interview with ceo of a startup. I was told it will be a phone call and so no slot was decided. Now it has been 2 days and I still haven't received a call. What should I do?

Good questions to ask interviewees to see if you will get along with them? Or just any questions in general to ask as the interviewer... besides where do you see yourself in 5 years 🙄

I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I have 10 months of experience and graduated with majors in cs and bus. I interned once at a big 4 acc firm and once as a software engineer.

I don’t know what’s going so wrong.

I have applied to 42 jobs and received 20 rejections, with 0 opportunities to even interview.

My resume is from WSO template, and I used suggested wording from various popular resume websites.

I don’t understand why I’ve gotten such a large amount of rejections. Am I applying to position in under or over qualified for? Does my resume suck? Is it just a bad time to apply? How do I improve from here?

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
