Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

What moron asks for animation to a deck?
You’d be surprised 🤣 I did NOT, but a new marketing manager decided to spruce up a slide deck and mid presentation it had me nauseous and skipped ahead five slides on a live webinar. I was livid.

I hate boomerangs. So irritating. I’m a curmudgeon but there are so many annoying things right now, my number one thing I detest right now are the shorts where it’s a some movie quote and the jack wagon mouths it and does a little dance thing.

"Spruce up" is pretty vague feedback to begin with. Besides changing colors and font, adding graphics....not really sure what can be done to make slides less boring.

I’d take it to mean clean up as in tie out all the numbers and to align all text so it looks clean. The issue is that it could mean something different to every person. Especially tasking someone at the junior level the direction should’ve been clearer..

Not your fault because the request wasn't very clear. Maybe they did not like the font or slide layout? As long as the slides aren't chock full of text, the appearance or animations would never bother me.
lol, it sounds like your office is just to stuck up and doesn't appreciate the skills you bring to the table from Middle School!
Have you tried asking for more specific feedback like if thry want bar charts and graphs or if they want less words on the slides? Search for professional looking templates that fit with the topic being discussed. Try SlidesGo.
Oh boy. It's their fault for telling you to spruce up your presentation. Lol. How else can you spruce upr a presentation anyway. I would animate everything I could if I was told the same. Kidding! Haha
