I would say don’t settle for less than 20% increase from what you are currently making, obviously if you can get more then go for it!
Always take the higher position with hopefully significantly higher paying and deall with possible more work and more responsibilities
20% increase in total comp (salary + bonus) is generally the minimum for a new role. Why do you want to stay hourly? This sounds like a move towards management, which would be salaried and consistent.
Google says, "A Senior Security Safety Lead in the United States makes an average of $28 to $41 per hour, depending on whether the role leans heavily toward physical guard leadership or high-level occupational health and environmental safety management."
Ever take salary they can work you hrs you yours you don’t get paid for you end up making less an hr than your making now. Oldest trick in the book
