I work at Salesforce & my current CTC is 16 LPA. I have an offer from other service based company which is giving me 23 LPA CTC. I have resigned from Salesforce but my manager is trying to retain me. She is saying to wait till Jan 2022(next promotion cycle) so that she can adjust my CTC to the same number(23 LPA). Not sure if I can trust her here. Can someone help me here what else I can ask her?

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff. I recently learned from 3 different employees that left (voluntarily) they were making 98-105k. They were outside candidates and were all hired within the last year and for the same position, and same regional territory. I have worked for the company 3+ years and went from a core position, to large loss. I was given a 10k raise putting me around 78k. Yes.... some of these individuals have Lardge Losss experience but does that really make a 20-25k difference? Any advise!?

I recently got an offer where I was given almost 60% salary hike on my current CTC. I initially declined the offer but the company somehow motivated me to join them. And due to the changes in the joining date, their HR told me to submit mu resignation with my current company and and let them know my last working day so that they can accordingly share the revised offer letter. I got my resignation acceptance and LWD from the current company but they are not sharing the revised letter.

I have completed 4 years and 355 days in an organisation including notice period
Will be I am eligible for gratuity amount
