I work for BofA and they’re very strict three days in office. There is a four out of six week rule. I was in the office three weeks for three days and then last week I had three days off and went into the office two days. I just had an elective surgery and am working from home for one whole week. Does anyone know if my surgeon writes a letter/note that says I need a second week from home if that should be acceptable or do I have to go through HR and all the legal/paperwork bs?….
