I worked for Deloitte and currently with PwC. I’m not comparing both but PwC is too worse in terms of work life balance and work culture. If Deloitte is given 90, PwC might get something between 20-30 is what I feel. All they need is robots working for their tasks. I do agree it depends on the manager sometimes and trust me he is the worst. Any comments on work culture and work@life balance in PwC SDC Bangalore ?? Is it only me or is there any one who shares similar views??

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.
