I would like to ask for your advice and feedback on my CV and portfolio. I have been applying consistently but still have not received many responses.

Freelance work can actually be a plus, but only if it reads like business impact and not just "did client work". I’d tighten each role into 2-4 bullets with numbers, tools, and outcomes, like revenue saved, turnaround time, leads generated, etc.
On the portfolio side, make the first 2 projects do the heavy lifting. Most ppl skim, so put the strongest case study first and show the problem, what you did, and the result in like 3 quick sections.
If you're getting almost no replies, i’d also sanity check whether your CV is getting through ATS weirdness. I’ve seen clean designs get mangled, and even a quick scan in ResumeJudge or Jobscan can show if keyword gaps or formatting are killing it before a human ever sees it.
What kind of roles are you applying for, and is your CV one page or 2? the page count matters a lot more than people think for freelance-heavy profiles.
