In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

I’ve done a few rounds of clear and brilliant and love it! It’s taken care of fine lines and mild discoloration. Though you’ll probably want a good consultation for your exact concerns because everyone’s skin is different.
I will add that they have two hand pieces for the laser. Original which is best for texture, and Permea which is better for discoloration. Sometimes they will let you do a pass with each in a single treatment it just depends on your provider.
Find a medical spa that will do a consultation with the Visia analysis. It shows the underlying issues as well as surface texture up close and personal. Discoloration is a pretty broad term, and for certain kinds of discoloration Halo might not be your best option. The best way to know for sure is a sit down consultation with the technician or nurse who would be doing the treatment and a full consultation. You’ll get a better feel for the office, the knowledge and experience of the staff, and your comfort level with all of it.
I’m sad to hear people are experiencing gate keeping. Some aesthetic information is difficult over the phone due to every situation being unique but information and transparency build trust.

I did a halo and the recovery was brutal! I have since done a few moxy lasers which is the same technology but not as aggressive and have loved the results. My dr pairs it with a bbl laser to get all the brown spots and you can go about your life the next day. Halo I had to stay in for about 5 days
Moxy laser? Interesting. I don’t have bad skin but I want to remove some brown spots (melasma) and also some scarring from my teenager years. Staying hiding for 5 days might not be an option 😁
