I would think twice before taking a job at Gilead Sciences. While the company has great perks and offers an incredible salary, it's a highly toxic environment, especially in the Oncology dept. HR allows managers to bully employees and lie about their direct reports and nothing is ever done about it. Within the last month, there have been over 5 people who have resigned and that includes a Sr. VP. The company talks about caring about employees but it's just empty words. They don't care.
