Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?
Has anyone taken STD/parental leave at both Js?

Thank you for your input; I appreciate it.
I used ReadTheory for several years when I taught English I/II and before NC ditched the NC Final Exams (NCFE) for English III/IV.
Generally speaking, it's a good platform and gives you, the teacher, a lot of relevant data on student mastery. The trick is making sure that students take it seriously enough to provide authentic data.
What I started doing after a few issues was counting the grades in the grade book. For the first grading period (6 weeks), students had to complete 5 RT quizzes every two weeks (15 total for the grading period). Every two weeks, I would average the 5 scores and count it as a quiz grade, so they got three RT quiz grades each grading period.
For my juniors and seniors (again, when the NCFE was still in use), I would bump the number of quizzes up each grading period - seven every couple of weeks in the second grading period and nine every couple of weeks in the third.
It also helped that I gave them time to work on the quizzes a couple of times per week (15-20 minutes in a class period).
Good luck to you and your kids!
