I have joined 3 months back in the non-tech role.
So I'm not sure, my exp helps you.
But my exp so far has been great. Overall work culture is good, people and managers are supportive but of course it varies person to person and project to project.

That being said not sure how the appraisal went this year, but it was not up to people's expectations that's what I heard.
