Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms.
