The pay! We have so many talented and dedicated employees and team members within my company, but people constantly end up leaving or have to look for a second job to make ends meet.
I wish there was less drama between employees honestly. I am not sure why but there seems to be a lot of drama between coworkers who don't necessarily love each other and I hate it. I try to keep to myself so I can stay out of it. I would rather not even hear about it.

I feel this. At some point we will work with someone we aren't crazy about but that’s when you put your professional cap on and be respectful and just focus on the task (job) at hand
The drama. My boss likes us to share what we know. But there is another case specialist and admin who like get all uppity. So I just told them- go ask the boss. You don't get to have my knowledge if you are going to be a b about it.
I actually wish we had more team activities. We have some fairly small teams and a lot of work is done independently in that, just checking off tasks or creating new ones. Definitely silo work and I feel like if nothing else it would help efficiency to have an idea what everybody else does.
I would want more emphasis on work/life balance. All too often I've seen people burning out. And I'm well aware from my own experience that you can get committed to the mission to the point where you can undermine your own wellbeing. So just more awareness of work/life balance issues would be welcome.
Oh yes, I want to double down on the post because the pay is ridiculously low. However, I suppose, if we wanted to earn more money we would not have gone into the non Profit industry. But besides pay, I would change the fact that we have to go into thE office five days a week even though ninety percent of our jobs can easily be done remotely
Give me more hours. I want to come to work. My performance is the best. If I could work 50 or 60 hours then let me have it. I am young and I want opportunity.
