You’re so right about that. Those certifications are so expensive and then there’s really no time to do them with how much work we all have.
Honestly fear of the unknown. I may feel a bit stuck but I make an income that supports my lifestyle, live in the community I want to be in… starting over /somewhere new even in a senior role is scary. I’m stuck but comfortable I guess.

I am considering a trade in Healthcare. I recently worked for an agency that placed teachers. The pay was low in TN. Now, school districts hire through the agency last for staffing. I enjoyed working for the agency but the school was horrible and highly ghetto.
