I’m 37 and trying to figure out what’s next in my career. I’m the 2nd-most senior (in title) woman in my company behind our CFO, who is retiring this year. The rest of the leadership team I sit on is all white, and all male. In my head I feel like I still need new and different mentors, and more female mentors. I’m at a small indy agency (50 people) - should I be looking to go to a bigger shop and take a title downgrade back to Director so I can work under a VP/SVP/EVP to learn more?
