I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

It can be a part of the job. Have it delivered. If you aren't having time to take a lunch, you need to address what your work load is doing for you that you aren't having sufficient time to take a lunch. If the timing of the lunch is messing with your time, adjust your lunch time. If you're just accepting this with no comments on your own work situation you need to speak up.
You're absolutely right, it doesn't seem fair at all. If you're handling the logistics for someone else's lunch, the least they could do is ensure you're taken care of too. Maybe it's time to bring this up during a team meeting or with HR to clarify expectations.
When I used to have to order lunch for others. Mine was always included. If you ask the Execs, I bet they think you know yours is included unless you were otherwise told no.
Look into your state laws if you're in the US, majority of states have a requirement to allow lunch break, possibly unpaid and generally 30min max. You're exempt if you're salary and paid at least $58,656/year as of Jan 1st, then it's just rude and stingy but you aren't entitled to any breaks nor a per diem from the company. At that point all you can really do is start packing lunch or have a heart to heart about your need for lunch.
Have their lunch delivered.
I had to order lunches for years at work. I had a folder of nearby restaurants that delivered. Once you become a regular customer places are pretty good at being on time with correct orders. I was often told I could order something for myself, so they should offer that to you at least once in a awhile.
When they hand me the card, I am sure to ask if I can include my lunch choice with the company expense, and I've never been denied.
I agree with everyone above who said have it delivered because you shouldn't be using your lunch break to work, especially if it is an unpaid lunch. I understand them not offering you lunch because that is pretty standard but don't use your break to go get it.
Yes! Many times I have gotten their lunch and as I’m dropping it off tell them, “going to take my lunch now!” and off I go.
