I'm a consultant grade at Big 4 doing Risk Consulting. I've been looking to make the move out of big 4 as I don't find the work interesting. Just received an offer to move into an analytics team within financial advisory at a different firm. Weighing up whether to stay at big 4 and get promoted or leave immediately. What should I be thinking about here? Any thoughts welcome

I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour. Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.
