I am pregnant, and I cannot wait to get my booster while pregnant. Thousands of pregnant women have given birth at this point after being vaccinated with Pfizer, including several of my close friends, with no negative effects.
At this point, more than 4.5 billion Covid vaccine doses have been given worldwide. Endless thousands of pregnant people have gotten the vaccine. It’s got to be the largest trial in history with no known negative outcomes for pregnancy. But the ethics of approving a drug specifically for pregnant people can be tricky (can’t do a double blind study obviously which is the gold standard), but you can read the guidance from every major health organisation.
