I’m a Data Engineer with ~2.5 years of experience. I’ve worked extensively with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, and AWS Glue, and I’m confident in my SQL and Python skills. I’ve been involved in building ETL pipelines, handling data transformations, and working on real-world data engineering use cases.
Despite this, I’m not getting enough interview calls, which makes me wonder what I might be missing.
What should I do to start getting more interview opportunities?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
