I'm a data scientist aspirant for personal reason I joined as sale executive but I want to resign and join as a data scientist in other company,
But I signed a offer Letter which mention that I'm in probation period for 6months and company has notice period of 3months, so if want to resign now can I resign directly as I'm in probation not a permanent employee or I need to send the notice resignation before 3months.

What would you all say are the best consulting firms to work at in the federal government space? I’m not sure how many “prestigious” firms (like MBB) have a significant federal practice at all.

After nearly 20 years in the military serving in T&E and HR roles, I’m considering moving on and have been conducting lots of research into consulting. BS, MA, and SPHR cert - no MBA. I’m looking for suggestions or advise about transitioning. DC Metro area is likely landing spot.
