Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

You definitely should be making more. I have 13 years of nursing experience and my salary is $102k. I live in New Jersey. I have experience as a hospice Nurse case manager, hospital nurse case manager, subacute rehab staff nurse, school nurse, home health nurse, and more. I mentioned my experience bc I feel if I had stayed at 1 company, I would be making much less. In one year I went from 88k to102k. I make sure to stay at a job for at least a year and I remain per diem when I leave, just in case I need to run back. I love negotiating my salary. I have a BSN if that helps. Make your job pay you more, your a hero. Good Luck. Oan I didn’t mention the 10k bonus.
What did you make when you did home health? Just curious…
I make 35/hr with only 3 years of nursing total....2 in med surg and 1 in OR in NC.
Ok. Thanks for input
No, I think you should be making more with 8 years of experience. I would shoot for 5-10 more an hour.
Do you live in Ga? If yes, are you staff or agency?
I have 10 years and I’m in metro Atl making 35 ish base. Guess I’m not getting what I should be
They will never pay us fairly. We have to do our research and negotiate for more pay when they try and lowball us.
I would say this probably depends on what area you work in. I’m a critical care BSN RN with 2 years experience and an additional biology degree in the DFW area making $35/hr base pay. Gone on a variety of interviews over the last year in various other specialties… last one was ambulatory and their best and final offer $31/hr.
I agree. My girlfriend lives in NC and she wants me to relocate but I can’t accept the pay cut even if my living expenses change.
I have 7years experience and only have my ADN and make $41 on a MedSurg floor in Austin Texas. Y'all need to ask for more, I had to negotiate my pay but I finally got it. (I threatened to leave for another facility that would be happy to take me and pay me more)
