Buddy, at this point whether they keep or let you go is out of your control, do the bare minimum and spend most of your effort in finding a new job
if you're ~100% sure then I'd say focus on job efforts first and kearney second. I'm sure you can do both especially if you dedicate a good portion of the weekend or spare time for the latter. I've seen a lot of people far more confident in staying that have been let go without any warning signs in the firm
If you’re linked to FS then I believe that there will be some senior departures soon from K. Stay close to them as much as possible hoping you can jump ship with them
Can I DM you to chat about this? Please feel free to say no. I have some thoughts / questions but I can’t engage with this further on this public bowl
On a related note, I would greatly appreciate if folks can drop some names of entities in KSA / UAE that are worth trying to network with or directly apply to if they are hiring. I have a promotion at K but still early career, so not sure how to frame my expertise since I don’t think there really is one. My interests and major experience are in Financial Services. Non-arabic speaker.

I would say do both.
I would suggest do both together.
You should ideally start tapping in your network while continuing to ensure you stay the longest in the firm.
Feel free to ping me to discuss
Focus on your next job, and just focus at work on not making “obvious” mistakes in the meanwhile
