Anyway that I can transfer to a north American office (my current location) before I join? SO can't move to Dubai and while applying they didn't interview me for my current location just for the Dubai one.

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Been at a “top 5” agency for 2 years now and haven’t produced a single piece of work that I feel is book worthy. Granted, there is the whole global pandemic thing. I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
