Publicis has the best benefits package now that Omnicom is so bad. UHC has always been great for me. They have great things like nurse calls and therapy for just $25 copay.
Havas went from unlimited to 10 days?
Sounds like they did match Omnicom’s policy, wow
Love the flexible PTO, vision insurance is good, dental seems fair for me as someone who only needs regular cleanings. United Healthcare for medical…horrible. My copays went from $10-$15 for appts to $35-45 and nothing within the visits are covered until after a $1k deductible. So every little test is a fee. I had a medication I was getting for $0 that I now have to pay $83 for because they said because of my insurance I was no longer eligible to use the copay card. Constant fight for specialty meds. Every other month I’m calling up because “they need more information” for coverage. As someone with chronic conditions, I’ve considered leaving because of this. But if you only go for a sick visit and a checkup per year, it’s probably not as bad.
How is the monthly premium?
The switch to UHC is the worst. It used to be BCBS. The flex time off is nice and we get all the usual holidays off. Most teams allow the break between Christmas and new years. If you have any other questions about the benefits please reach out. But yeah otherwise the PTO is typical for the industry and the medical coverage stinks

No, you don't understand, it's worse than that. They aren't "picking" a plan--when a company funds a plan it isn't like you or I going to the ACA marketplace or privately buying a family plan directly from an insurance company (which is funded by that insurance company) and getting something "off the rack." Yes, there are templates that companies can choose from amd a la carte items they can add and subtract,, but the actual tweaked, edited, tailor-made plan you and I get as employees is one that wasn't *picked* by our employers--it was *designed* by them.
For example, over here at Omnicom, where former IPG employees who were on Zepbound suddenly learned they were no longer coverered for Zepbound, that wasn't because *Aetna* plans never cover Zepbound--I know people who work at other companies and get almost exactly the same Aetna coverage I do, have the same network I do, and *they get coverage for Zepbound*. Omnicom employees don't get Zepbound because Omnicom funds the plan, and Omnicom said, "We don't want to pay for that, take it away." And Aetna obliged, as it has to when they aren't funding the plan.
So if your new UHS plan is worse than your old plan it is more than likely not because UHS is offering any more or less than its competitors would, it's because Publicis decided it no longer wanted to pay for some of your medical costs.
Publicis is not bad. Overall.
Agreed. I also don’t know if I am just lucky or what, but the health benefits are not nearly as terrible as fishbowl would lead you to believe.
You want to work at an agency? There are only 4 employers left, aside from independents. Instead of trying to compete with things like benefits, if one lowers the bar they all say “yay!” and follow suit. A race to the bottom, and Publicis will likely be next with benefits cuts.
