I’m consulting for a company who has done extremely well with an agency they have. I was part of the same search and interview for the CMO. Of course they now want to get rid of the agencies that are doing well for that company and bring their own people in. I have the ear of the CEO and I’m unlikely to recommend that they wait or maybe give that CMO’s preferred agency a small project. I think this is unfair to see the existing agencies. Has anybody dealt with this?

My colleague is going on maternity leave for 4 months and I was asked to cover some of her projects which are step up in responsibility than what I’m currently operating at. Some peers have suggested I ask for a raise to accommodate this but I’m not sure I agree as I’m only covering her while she’s out? What are others thoughts about this?

Does anyone use Kaseya BMS and know how I can integrate the projects portion with another App like Asana? I cannot function with BMS and I cannot change that part of what we use at work. So I would like to sync with Asana for tasks and such if this is anyway possible.

My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation?
