I'm currently practicing within a federal agency. Started in July 2023 after previously working as a law school career counselor and before that, a prosecutor. Currently, I am awaiting a decision from AF JAG. Curious to know if anyone has ever transitioned from a federal civilian job to the military, and if so, what was the experience like? If this is a 'smart' move. I've only met people who transitioned the other way around.

I am planning to leave my firm after busy season and I am wondering if I should let them know this is my last busy season or stay quite and just give my 2 weeks after busy season?
