1. You can apply for jobs in LinkedIn and Deloitte Au career portal. There is also an app like Naukri called seek , you can use that for applying other companies.
2. It depends on the opportunity, if they will sponsor visa or not. If the JD has mentioned that it needs citizenship or PR or should be having working rights in Australia means they won't sponsor visa for that role.
3. Use purchase power parity calculator for finding out Aus dollar equivalent of 21 lacs
4. Here you're salary does not depend on ur number of years of experience like India. It depends on ur role and work experience. For 5 years experience I guess they might offer you Senior con whose salary is in the range of 100k -120k aud. If manager role is offered it will be 128k aud. And this is standard wherever u apply in AUS. There is no concept of hike if u switch here I believe. You will get paid based on ur experience everywhere in AUS.
My 2 cents : if u r planning to come with ur family with you as single source of income, India is better in my opinion. Australia is expensive these days and renting a home is too hard these days with ongoing rental crisis.

If u plan to come anyway, make sure you have at least 6 lacs to have a smooth transition. It helps if u have friends here already with whom u can stay till u get a place of ur own.
