I’m currently working towards building my career in Supply Chain Analytics with 4 yrs of experience in supply chain ops.
What skills/tools are most valuable in supply chain analytics today (Python, R, Tableau, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, etc.
How to get into roles like Supply Chain Analyst. Any recommendations for certifications, courses, or communities to join.
If you are working in supply chain, analytics, or related domains, I would be grateful for your insights.

SIL and BIL told us excitedly last weekend that she was pregnant (had literally just found out, so barely four weeks). This week she tells us she’s not pregnant anymore :(. They did not seem super torn up about it and were very practical about it. We said how sorry we were, etc etc. should I do anything else? Should I not mention it again unless they do?
